Since I’ve been using BitTorrent for years, and usually play nice by seeding fully, I’ve got a few invites to some of the sites I use. If anyone wants an invite for any of these sites then let me know (either comment, msn or email):
- Underground-Gamer (5) - Retro games, up to and including the PSX.
- Oink (0) - The best site in the world for music.
- Demonoid (?) - Lots of stuff.
Just now they’re going unused, so anyone that won’t get me banned is welcome to one. Anyone who has previously been banned on any of these sites need not apply. I also have invites to an e-learning torrent site, which I best not name, available to people I know and two invites to Joost (the TV thing from the people behind Skype) if anyone wants one of those.
Update: If I don’t know you, then please also tell me how you found this post, and give me a link to a screenshot of a site where you have a decent ratio or, failing that, a screenshot of your total upload/download stats in your torrent client.
In other news, Strung Out are playing King Tuts on June 28th. I would very much like to go to this.

Um, Jim, Demonoid periodically opens their registration, so just check there every once and awhile. I’d send you one, but I’m in the same boat.
For me, I would like an Oink invite, please. I don’t have any stats because I can’t get into any private trackers! However, I would of course not get you banned, as that would get me banned as well, correct? I understand the whole seed/leech thing and I’m not gonna risk getting kicked out one I get in, so I plan to seed for the first week at least to get a decent ratio.
I found this site trhough Technorati as well. The layout is nice, but it could use a bit more content… but I’m sure your working on that.

I am a member of Indietorrents.com, along with a number of other less exclusive torrent sites, and currently have a ratio of 1.63 and have uploaded over 600 mb of data. Due to the Oink-like policy of banning whoever posts images, torrents or text from their tracker, I can’t provide a screenshot, but rest assured, I always seed more than I leech. I reeeely don’t want to get banned.

To be honest, I didn’t know that was a policy at either indietorrents or oink, it doesn’t really matter to me though. That’s a decent amount of upload for indietorrents - I’ve only ever snatched a couple of things from there, but despite leaving it seeding for around a month I couldn’t get my ratio up.
Yes, I can get email addresses from the form. I’ll edit out any email addresses in comments above, too.
If you did have any Oink invites left I would seriously feel like I got kicked in the ears…and needed to medicate through music…I know i’m lame…but seriously….Music is my life and it would not put to waste. Please and Thank you

hi, i’d really like an invite to oink. I have accounts at dimeadozen and indietorrents and i’ve kept good ratios on. I use to use the free sites like isohunt and the likes but everything is so exclusive now. I have over 30Gb in my Azureus share folder now with room for lots more. I recently upgraded my computer buying myself 2 500Gb drives and 2 300 Gb drives. Thanks

I’m happy to give out invitations, but only to people that actually read my post and reply giving the information I asked for - it isn’t exactly a huge request I’m making.
I’ve also made it so that you have to register to post a comment. Hopefully that’ll help to deter those who see “oink invites”, scroll down and ask for one without reading what I wrote.

I’d love an invite to Oink, and I’d love equally as much, if not more, an invite to the e-learning site as well. I have a 100 gigs of e-learning stuff thats been sitting latent for too long.
My screenshot is from emule because I’ve found it to be a more reliable source for esoteric and widely-varied music than bittorrent. Now I’ve heard enough about Oink to really get interested in the music available there.
I’m a 1. ratio sharin’ kinda guy. I’ve got 500 gigs of music also, a very wide variety, a lot of it older and rarer stuff.

On demonoid i’ve actually fallen behind a bit but im currently getting the ratio up from .94 i always try to keep ratios 1 or greater, and usually seed every torrent to 1.5 or 2.

Alas there are no more oink invites - one (or two?) of the people I invited above decided to be l33t d00dz, cheat and get caught, then by oink’s rules the person that invited them loses the ability to invite.
It sucks but I’m not too bothered - I invited more people through this blog than I would’ve in total without it, so they didn’t go to waste. And I’m still a member there, nyah.

I am pretty sure you don’t have any invites to OINK left, but I thought that if I tried hard enough someone reading these comments would send me an invite!
I had one last year, but got deleted because of a “friend” who screwed up my account, by downloading but not seeding.
and since then I have searched everywhere on this thing called the internet, and in this whole year, haven’t once got an invite. I have poured my heart and soul into trying to get an invite, and apparently noone thinks I am being serious!
so I come here today, to ask one last time if I could get an invite to OINK.
I kept my ratio at a 2 or higher until my buddy was on my computer and took my password. And I promise that if anyone here reading this now that invites me, I PROMISE I will do my best to keep my ratio at its highest!
I have over 40GB of music I can share with everyone, and it is pretty hard to find anywhere else! I have a lot of instrumental, hardcore, metal, post rock, and plain old rock!
